What we collect
The only personal data collected on www.nesnet.com comes from the contact form. When you submit it, we process:
- Full name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Subject and message content
- IP address and browser information (recorded automatically for security)
Why we process it
Form data is used to respond to your inquiry and stay in touch with you about it. IP address and browser information are kept to protect the site and prevent abuse.
Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: steps taken toward entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Sharing
Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing. Form records are stored on systems operated by Nesnet itself, and notification emails travel through Nesnet's corporate mail system. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires it.
Retention

Your rights
Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about that processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly

- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set by the law
- Ask that corrections, deletions, and destructions be notified to third parties who received the data
- Object to a result produced against you exclusively by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
