The move starts with a pilot group; mailboxes are ready before the MX record changes, and old mail is imported from PST files. New mail lands in the new mailboxes from the moment MX changes, and sending servers retry anything they couldn't deliver during the switch, as SMTP requires.

No, we can't. Personal devices are managed through a work profile or user enrollment, and management reaches only the work side. Whether data such as location and apps is collected is set by device ownership and kept to a minimum on personal devices.

Mailboxes live in replicated databases, and new mailboxes are only created on databases that have a replica. If one of the security gateways in front goes down, the others keep receiving and sending, and mail in the failed gateway's queue is delivered when it comes back.

The management console runs on Nesnet's infrastructure in Türkiye. Device inventory and compliance data are never passed to a service in another country.

Outgoing mail is DKIM-signed, Nesnet prepares your SPF and DMARC records, and sending reputation is monitored. That clearly lowers the chance of landing in spam, though nobody can guarantee the recipient's own filter.

Wipe protection holds wipe commands that exceed a threshold in a short time. A wipe command that hasn't reached a device yet can also be cancelled.
