Leave the infrastructure to Nesnet and ship your product faster

Your clusters, deployment pipeline and image registry come ready to use: every push is tested and the approved version goes live. Your team spends its time on the features customers ask for, not on server settings.

Why now

  • Engineering time disappears into infrastructure

A big part of the product team is busy with servers, clusters and deploy scripts, and the roadmap slips every sprint.

  • Every release is a ceremony

Each release turns into manual steps, late nights and another round of “it worked on my machine”.

  • Enterprise customers ask where the data lives

A large customer wants it in the contract that their data stays in Türkiye and is backed up regularly.

  • The overseas invoice wears out finance

An overseas cloud bill is paid by card and never arrives as an e-invoice, so finance chases paperwork every month.

What changes

TodayWith Nesnet
Infrastructure work eats into the product team’s calendar.Clusters, pipeline and monitoring are run by Nesnet; your team focuses on the product.
Releases are manual and happen at night.Every push is tested, and the approved version is released automatically.
There’s no clear answer to “where is our data?”Your data stays in Türkiye, in the Equinix Istanbul and Türk Telekom Ankara data centers.
The overseas invoice doesn’t arrive as an e-invoice.You are invoiced in Türkiye, by e-invoice.
Servers can’t keep up when traffic spikes.Copies scale up with load within defined limits, and back down when traffic drops.

From today to live: how it works

  1. 1

    Intro call

Your product, architecture, expected traffic and team setup are mapped in a single call.

  2. 2

    Environments set up

Clusters for development, test and production and your image registry are created, and your team gets access.

  3. 3

    Pipeline connected

Your GitHub repository is connected to the pipeline: tests run on every push and the approved version is released.

  4. 4

    Go-live

Your first service goes to production with monitoring and backup in place, and domain and certificate settings are completed.

  5. 5

    Growth

New services follow the same pipeline; the cluster grows with demand while operations stay with Nesnet.

Who does what

Yours

  • Code and product
  • Application architecture and tests
  • Release approval
  • The customer relationship

Nesnet’s

  • Clusters and image registry
  • CI/CD pipeline
  • Monitoring, backup and upgrades
  • Infrastructure incident response

Example scenarios

  • A software startup landing its first enterprise customer

    Situation

The first large customer of a subscription software product requires its data to stay in Türkiye and be backed up regularly.

    Outcome

The application moves to a cluster on Nesnet, and data location and backup can be written clearly into the contract.

  • An app that spikes during campaigns

    Situation

A mobile app’s traffic multiplies during campaign weeks, then returns to normal.

    Outcome

Copies scale up and down with the load, so the team never has to order servers ahead of a campaign.

  • A small product team

    Situation

In a team of four developers only one person knows the infrastructure, and every release depends on their time.

    Outcome

The pipeline tests and releases every push, so shipping no longer depends on one person’s calendar.

Questions to ask before you decide

Is it hard to move from our current cloud account?
If your application already runs in containers, the move is mostly applying your deployment definitions to the new cluster and transferring the data. It is rehearsed in a test environment first, and the domain is switched last.
We depend on overseas services — do we have to give them up?
No. Your application on Nesnet can keep calling external services over the internet; which part runs where is decided together in the design.
Can a team without Kubernetes experience use this?
Yes. Your team pushes code and the pipeline does the rest. Cluster settings, upgrades and monitoring stay with the Nesnet team.
What if traffic jumps unexpectedly?
Copies scale up automatically within the defined limits. If you need to go beyond them, capacity is added to the cluster — after checking with you.
Product: Managed KubernetesCan I take my applications with me if I leave, or am I locked in?
You are not locked in. The cluster is standard, upstream-compatible Kubernetes, so your manifests and Helm charts run unchanged on any other Kubernetes, and you can pull your images from the private registry whenever you like.
Product: Managed KubernetesDoes my application stop if a node or the control plane goes down?
By default the control plane runs on three control-plane nodes; if one is lost, the other two keep quorum and the API keeps answering. Broken workers are replaced rather than mended, and pods restart on healthy nodes.
Product: CI/CD PipelineWhat happens if a bad release reaches production?
The previous version comes back with both its image and its configuration. The rollback counts as complete only once production is seen responding again, and nobody has to step in by hand.
Product: CI/CD PipelineWill there be surprises on the invoice?
The invoice is made up of the number of projects, the number of environments and the cluster resources those environments use. There is no per-minute build meter, and the scope is agreed in writing at the quote stage.
Product: Object StorageCould I lose data or stop my application during the move?
Data is first mirrored into the new buckets and checked object by object against checksums, while the application keeps running on the old store. Only when the difference list is empty does the application switch to the new endpoint. The old store stays as your way back until you decide to close it.

What you gain

You grow without hiring an infrastructure team — your first customer and your ten-thousandth go through the same pipeline.
